Women's Ministry

God created us for relationship with Him and with each other, and to be a part of the life and ministry of the body of Christ. It is our desire, within the Women’s Ministry at the Church of Tollhouse, to help facilitate these relationships, encourage and help women grow in their walk with the Lord, and assist them in any ministries they may wish to be involved in.

There are numerous opportunities available to women at the Church of Tollhouse Ministry Center, such as Bible studies, prayer and share groups, special events and women’s gatherings. Please see the calendar or bulletin for specific days and times. Discipleship and mentoring are also available for anyone who desires. Additionally, there are many ministries within the church for women to get involved in, such as teaching Sunday School; becoming an AWANA leader; joining the Worship Team, Tech Team, or becoming a greeter; helping out in the nursery; participating in intercessory prayer; preparing meals for the sick or bereaved; or even planning baby and wedding showers.

All of the Women’s Ministry efforts fall under the general direction of the Women's Ministry Director, Mary Beth Morton. As a guide to all such ministry, Mary Beth and all of the elders' wives have taken 1 Peter 3:4 as their hope for each woman in the church, "but let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the imperishable quality of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in the sight of God."  All such ministries mentioned above are conducted with this great goal in mind.

We would love to be your friend, won’t you please join us?
